“Financial Markets 2019 – A Factor of European Competitiveness”
held in Prague on 23rd – 24th May, 2019
The conference is held under the auspices of the Governor of the Czech National Bank Ing. Jiří Rusnok.
With the aim to achieve academic excellence, the conference will focus on issues related to financing and funding the SMEs' investment development as well as the development of the stock market and the bond market, including the basis for developing a regulated financial tools' market within the frame of the National Strategy for Development of the Capital Market in the Czech Republic 2019 – 2023.
The conference program is organized across dynamic conference tracks focusing on crucial areas of current theory and practice as follows:
- Topical trends in financial market development in the EU and the Czech Republic.
- Current developments in the EU financial markets' regulation and its impact on the Czech Republic.
- Bases and opportunities of SMEs in terms of acquiring and strengthening investment resources from the Czech organized capital market.
- Start-up support after 2019.
- Potential impacts of Brexit on the financial markets of the EU member states.
- The impact of digitization and robotics on the field of investment financing.
- Analyses of financial market infrastructures in the EU and the Czech Republic, etc.
We take this opportunity to inform all participants of 9th International Conference on Financial Markets that all the necessary steps have been taken to get the previous conference proceedings, i.e. Financial Markets 2015 and Financial Markets 2017, indexed by Web of Science, Clarivate Analytics (Thomson Reuters).
Conference papers presented at the conference Financial Markets 2019 will be published in the conference preceding that will fully comply with the requirements for the indexation in Web of Science, Clarivate Analytics.
