The aim of the 5th international conference on financial markets and their regulation is the following:

to inform academicians and financial experts interested in development of financial markets on the results of on-going academic research into financial markets performed at the Univeristiy of Finance and Administration in Prague
to discuss topical problems of financial markets connected with the global financial crisis and the way out of crisis
discuss the possible ways how to influence the development of financial markets by different regulatory measures and instruments during different time-horizons and phases of the economic cycle
