The Czech-American-Chinese educational project enters its next phase. After the signing of the agreement last September, the first 25 Chinese students will arrive this year to begin their studies in bachelor’s degree programs at our University of Finance and Administration. It should be pointed out that the project is organised under the auspices of the Czech President Miloš Zeman. The matriculation ceremony will take place on 17th September 2015.
The unique project of three-party cooperation brings together the Czech University of Finance and Administration, the Chinese Changchun University of Finance and Economics (Jilin Province, China) and American City University of Seattle (Seattle, USA). Owing to the project, the Chinese students have the possibility to take part in the accredited educational programme “Joint Degree” that has been expanded with a first year of studies in China.
The study programme has been carefully prepared by and consulted with experts from all three countries. After their arrival, the Chinese students can expect the kind of conditions in the Czech Republic that will facilitate them to adapt to a new culture as well as university life demands without any major problems.
