Global Management Challenge tests theoretical and practical managerial skills of students and teaches them the responsibility and consequences of their decisions. It depends on them only if the virtual firm managed by them succeeds on selected markets. One of the strong points of the competition is the cooperation of students with prestigious firms. These get involved in the project as partners as well as sponsors supporting their teams. The firms provide the competitors with expert assistance and advise them on the principles of company management; however, the decisions are made only by students themselves.
