The world finals of Global Management Challenge (GMC) was held between April 16 and April 18, 2013 in Bucurest.
There were 24 teams which won national rounds. These teams were divided into 4 groups, six teams each. The finals themselves were contested by the 2 best teams from each group. The representatives of the Czech Republic competed with the teams from Slovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Turkey and Kuwait. According to the assessment of the captains of both Czech and Slovak teams, the drawing into individual groups was more favourable this year than in previous years, which had a good impact on the psychic of the players.
The eight teams competing in the finals were from Slovakia, Poland, China, Estonia, Ukraine, Russia, France and Portugal. Unfortunately, the five member team from Slovakia from mixed schools ((Juraj Privrel, Erik Schwarcz, Darina Šoková, Patrik Schwarcz and Matěj Privrel) did not advance to the last three finalists. It ranked the sixth with the total value of shares of 1,862.
It was the team from Ukraine which became the winner of the International Finals of GMC for 2012.
