The University of Finance and Administration – the best brand university
The University of Finance and Administration (VŠFS) has been granted a prestigious Business Superbrands 2021 award. The Business Brand Council, composed of professionals in business, communication, marketing, media, and marketing research, has decided to grant the award following a multi-round selection process. In this review process, brand awareness, branding, innovation, and prestige are evaluated.
The Superbrands contest is a recognized worldwide program and it represents an independent authority in the field of corporate and industrial brand evaluation. It was founded more than 20 years ago in Great Britain. Until today, it has been organized based on identical criteria in almost ninety countries on five continents. The Superbrand award is granted exclusively to the best brands on the market in different countries. Besides, no company can nominate itself to this program. In recent years, brands including Allianz, Deloitte, Evropa 2, mBank and Bramac have won the Superbrand award on the Czech market.
The selection of nominees for the first round is based on the database of all registered trademarks, administered by the Industrial Property Office. The expert jury assesses the business data as well as achieved results. Another selection round consists in carrying out consumer research. Based on its results, focused on brand awareness and popularity, the nominees would be shortlisted. Then, a fifteen-member board of professionals from Brand Council would take the final decision.
