Last week VSFS hosted an International dinner that was met with huge excitement. Around 30 students from European countries and Mexico took the challenge bravely and prepared dishes traditional in their respective countries. The room was filled with appetizing smell of quesadillas, quiche Lorraine, chilaquiles and much more. Czech cuisine was represented by potato salad, schnitzel, bundt cake with nuts and poppy seed strudel. While enjoying many delicious dishes and chatting in a friendly atmosphere, international and Czech students enjoyed the opportunity to get to know each other. The evening was highlighted by choosing the best savoury and sweet dish. Most students voted for a Greek dish called Pastitsio (baked pasta) and a Dutch sweet treat with cinnamon named Bolus.
