Putting our university on the list is an important step in the development of successful cooperation with Chinese universities. It proves that the three-party project of Chinese-Czech and American studies, within which we have already welcomed the fourth group of Chinese students this year, has a positive response. The above mentioned list is perceived by Chinese students and their parents as one of the significant indicators when getting oriented in the offers of foreign universities. The university being listed has a big impact on students‘ motivation to study here. It will also enable us to be more active in looking for and in strengthening partnerships with other universities (there are promising negotiations with the universities from Hangzhou, Shanghai or Peking). It also opens the space for cooperating in many other areas, starting from teacher exchanges and finishing with the cooperation in research and development.
There is no doubt that it will also support activities of VŠFS focused on cooperating with those companies oriented to Chinese markets.
