Our university has closed another significant partnership. On Thursday, April 9th VŠFS delegation led by rector B. Šenkýřová visited Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN", where they signed with Rector Sergey Grigoriev the Agreement of Friendship and Cooperation between both universities.
The meeting, which was attended by Vice-rector Petr Budinský, Dean Karel Havlíček and marketing specialist Anastasia Kolesnikova on behalf of our university, discussed the possibilities of establishing and strengthening friendly relationships and future cooperation.
After signing the agreement, VŠFS delegation met Mr. Yuriy Poduraev, Vice-rector of Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN". The discussions during this meeting focused on differences in the education of both countries, in particular in the area of university education.
The delegation also had a chance to meet students, who showed interest in the presentation prepared by rector B. Šenkýřová and Vice-rector P. Budinský. Afterwards, both speakers together with Anastasie Kolesnikova answered numerous questions about the possibilities of education in the Czech Republic and future joint programs of both universities.
In the end, the representatives of our university were shown round the State Engineering Centre accompanied by Vice-rector for innovations Andrey Kutin. The tour demonstrated a wide-range of possibilities and the potential of Moscow State Technological University "STANKIN".
The visit, which generated a friendly atmosphere, suggests that signing the Agreement was only the beginning of successful and long-lasting cooperation between both universities.
