In the first days of February we were happy to welcome 29 students from all over the world who will spend the summer semester with us. There are 23 students participating in Erasmus+ programme (e.g. from Italy, France, Germany, Lithuania or Turkey) and six students from Mexico.
They will have a chance to meet other international students who study the same subjects related to Business Management and Corporate Finance and Marketing Communication as well as students from the Czech Republic. We have organized an orientation week for the new students, providing them with information related to our university life as well as to the capital of Prague. This could not happen without the involvement of International Student Club whose task is to provide assistance to foreign students and to facilitate their stay at VŠFS.
In recent years, our university has been offering a truly multi-cultural, international environment. It is attended by one fifth of international students from 25 countries. Our students also take the opportunity to study abroad and to experience a different culture. In the summer semester, 21 decided to visit universities of nine countries involved in Erasmus+ Programme.
