At the end of October and beginning of November nine of our students took a study journey to the European Parliament. Their excursion also comprised of a range of interesting lectures and a visit to the Czech House. The students got familiar with the background of approving legislative drafts, they learnt about the role of a member of the European Parliament, of a lobbyist or a journalist accredited by the European Parliament and they gained a complete insight into the functioning of the European institutions. The whole journey was organized by Česká podnikatelská reprezentace (Representatives of Czech Entrepreneurs) of EU (CEBRE) with the cooperation of VŠFS and VŠMV and was supported by the European Parliament.
