The XV. Annual International Science Conference Human Capital and Financial Management was held in September 24 and 25, 2012 together with the workshop Financial Management of Economy of Health Insurance and Pension Scheme.
A record number of 43 foreign and 41 Czech people participated at the conference. There was a representation of 17 countries out of four continents. The conference was organized by VŠFS together with the Greek University of Pireus.
It enabled to compare the issue of reforms in the systems of social investments and insurance financing (that means education, care for health and pension scheme) among the countries of different history, traditions and economic level.
The conference created a good basis for the cooperation on individual international projects. This has been the so far biggest international event organized by VŠFS, which shifted the long-term tradition of conferences on a highly prestigeous level. The conference results will be published on the web page of VŠFS, in its annual and selected from international reviewed magazines.
