The University of Finance and Administration (VŠFS) launched a three-year educational project Multiplier Effects of Postgraduate Lifelong Learning of Research Workers in Regional Conditions. The project is organised under the Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme with financial support from the European Social Fund and the national budget of the Czech Republic and is one of the largest projects won by the University of Finance and Administration (VŠFS) in its history.
In the course of the project research and development workers, i.e. scientists, academic staff, students in higher education, including doctorate students, will receive further education in fields such as management, popularisation, communication and dissemination of the results of research and development into practice, on the issue of technology transfer and the like. A significant contribution will lie in creating quality research and development team and their further development, and the support of mobility primarily between research institutions and the private sector.
In the course of the project 6 educational programmes will be created (5 of which will be in the form of e-learning), which will be tested, assessed, adjusted and repeatedly carried out.
An indispensable part of the project is the projected creation of a partnership network between research organisations and institutions of higher education. The educational events will take place in the premises of the University of Finance and Administration in Most and Kladno.
